Pet Cemetary (Rock Hill, Lancaster, York: apartments, condos, live in)

I found out today, that I am again going to be losing a dear pet shortly. She was diagnosed with lung cancer this morning. I know the inevitable is coming. I at this point in my life have the cremated remains of two other small dogs, and soon a third one will be added.

I'd like to bury my three cremated dog remains, I don't want to just throw their ashes into the wind. I want to be able to visit their remains. I live in a condo, otherwise I'd bury the ashes in my backyard. Can anyone advise about a Pet Cemetary that is on land (it's called dedicated land) that MUST remain a pet cemetary no matter who the land sells to at any time in the future?

I don't know of any pet cemeteries in Rock Hill ... Lancaster has one "Simply Cremations and Cemetery" and on Hwy 49 going into Charlotte there is a Pet Cemetery that has been there for many years. I have stopped at that one and some of the graves have markers.

Perhaps someone else may be aware of a location in Rock Hill. We live in the country and have our own.

Carolina Woman, where at on 49 is that Simply Cremations place? What's it by? I may drive up there this weekend.

It is located on Hwy 49 on the right side of the road leaving Lake Wylie ... you will see it as it's right on the highway ... corner of Yorkdale Dr & Hwy 49 ... it's just before the Beam Road turn off (Beam Rd turn is on the left cemetery on right.)

It's use to be the only thing there but now you will find housing/apartments/condos everywhere. It was well taken care of at one time, but I haven't been that far up Hwy 49 in years.
