Does anyone know the age limit to move a mobile home in York county or if there is one? I can call the county Monday, but I though someone on here may know the answer.

I can tell you what some of the rules were a few years ago.
1. If you move yours to a rental lot you'll need to install coded steps and hand rails for each exterior door. It will have to be vinyl under pinned unless the landlord does not require it. The city inspector will come out and inspect all the things you have to do to move one and setup in a new location (plumbing and electrical hookups going by the electrical and plumbing codes, handrails on steps, underpinning)
2. Rules vary between the city and county. County requires "brick" foundation.
3. If you are moving one from outside the city limits and into the city limits the rules vary from county into the city. If you are moving yours from inside the city to outside the city limits into the county you have a different sent of requirements.

I called them for you. Older than 1977 you can not bring it in. If it is already here and older than 1977 you can not move. The place where you put it must be a mobile home park district or be zoned as such. Either private land or a mobile home park.
