We bought a turnberry home in 2005 with a basement. now we are relocating on an assignment to a different country. so we have to sell our home. can you please suggest any good realtor? also, which is a better time to put it on the market? we have a plan to sell by september. any ideas are appreciated.

We are just getting into our busy Spring selling season and people who want in Tega Cay are going to want in before the weather gets warm.
