VFR DEPARTURES SHOULD BE 270 AND 180 DEGREES. THE HELIPORT PROPONENT WILL REEXAMINE OBSTACLES IN THE VICINITY OF THE APPROACH/DEPARTURE PATHS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150-5390-2, ANY NEW OBSTACLES NOTED WILL BE FORWARD TO THE SOUTHWEST AIRPORT DISTRICT OFFICE OR THE SOUTHWEST FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE, NEXTGEN BRANCH. ONLY ONE HELICOPTER SHALL OCCUPY THE HELIPAD AT A TIME. A REPRESENTATIVE OF SOUTHWEST REGION FLIGHT STANDARDS DIVISION SHALL EVALUATE THE HELIPORT FOR COMPLIANCE PRIOR TO OPERATIONAL USE.
