The Maison 140 is a luxury hotel in Beverly Hills, California located at 140 S. Lasky Drive. The décor is a combination of French and the Far East. This luxury boutique hotel is a modern tribute to the Parisian inns that are popular today. With 140 guestrooms uniquely designed there is room for the business traveler and vacationer alike.

All 140 rooms feature high speed internet service, vintage European furnishings, custom designed bed linen and towels, an in room safe for personal belongings, Egyptian cotton bed linens, luxurious bathrobes, Neil George toiletries, a mini bar, and a media center featuring a flat screen television and DVD player. Services include full room service from 7 am to 10 pm daily, dry cleaning and laundering services, pool privileges at the adjacent Avalon Hotel, in room spa treatments and massages, and overnight self parking that is charged at a daily rate.

The in room dining service includes fine gourmet cuisine from highly acclaimed local chefs. Continental breakfast if available each morning in buffet style and is reasonably priced. Buffet meals can be sent to the guestroom upon request. A hotel bar serving local wines and cocktails is available and called the Bar Noir.
