Naples Beach

Naples Beach is one of Half Moon Bay, California's sandy beaches near San Mateo County. The beach offers a coastline section with natural beauty and sand dunes to make a vacation or visit complete. The beach is located in a neighborhood of California, thus some areas are off limits. However, Naples Beach makes it easy to go whitewater paddling, swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, and hiking due to the community that surrounds it.

Hotels and vacations rentals line the shore to make it easy for visitors to stay at the beach. The water temperature will vary throughout the year. As the Pacific Ocean, the water can be somewhat rough at times as well as cold. While at Naples Beach it is possible to see the Arroyo de En Medio. There is also Treasure Isle Marina, Crystal Springs Golf Course, and Wash Rock. Wash Rock is closer to Miramar Beach, but something visitors might be interested in seeing. Half Moon Bay is near San Francisco-Oakland- Fremont metropolitan area. Ano Nuevo Trail is one option for hiking for those who do not want to lie on the beach. Also there is Juan Bautista De Anza National Hisotric Trail for some time in the forest.
