Robson-Harrington House

Robson-Harrington House is located at Crescent Road in San Anselmo, Marin County, California. Situated in the Robson-Harrington Park, the house was built by Edwin Kleber Wood and his wife Marian Thayer Wood and was completed in 1906. The house was sold to the Robsons in 1923, who added orchards and a vineyard around the estate.

Since being bequeathed to the town of San Anselmo the house has become a local treasure of historic interest. It is an impressive two story mansion with stone columns and dormers on several sides making it an architecturally interesting place to visit. Members of the public can rent the house for special events such as weddings and other gatherings.

The grounds of the property that were developed by the Robsons are now home to the Town's Community Garden. There are 30 small garden plots that are tended by members of the community, where visitors will see beautiful flowers, plants and vegetables grown without the use of pesticides. The small park where the house is located has towering redwoods and is open from sunrise through to sunset. It is a dog friendly park with picnic tables and benches.
