The problem i have with Time Warner is at the end of each promotional price 12 months for me which is Standard Internet service by itself for 29.99, which i have had 3 years plus but each time it runs out they charge me 59.99 until i call them on it which this last time i had to contact them 5 plus times over the phone on their so called special number for Long time customers to be able to get a cheaper price than the normal prices for Standard Internet Service.
