Frustration I Have With Time Warner !!!!

The problem i have with Time Warner is at the end of each promotional price 12 months for me which is Standard Internet service by itself for 29.99, which i have had 3 years plus but each time it runs out they charge me 59.99 until i call them on it which this last time i had to contact them 5 plus times over the phone on their so called special number for Long time customers to be able to get a cheaper price than the normal prices for Standard Internet Service. BUT each time i do this they want to offer BUNDLE Packages and not just Stand Alone Service special prices, this last time i had to call and pretty much Cancel my service cause they would not give me a cheap price for service for me being a Long time customer & the C/S person said why you want to cancel ? Cause i cannot get a deal for the past five times i contacted them & said what is the point of this SPECIAL Phone # they have & C/S told me he can change that with NO problem to a promotional price, Anyways Each time i have to contact them MANY MANY TIMES just to get them to respond to me, JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET THEM TO GIVE WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOST TO DO AUTOMATICALLY EVERY 12 MONTHS FOR THERE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS !!!!!!! IM SICK OF THIS CRAP AND HASSEL AND THE TIME IT TAKES JUST TO GET THEM TOO !!!!
