My home is 4 years old the the follow has happen to my home;
1) stucco has delaminated and crumbled away from the exterior walls
2) toxic mold behind 60% of the dry walls
3) foundation leak
4) foundation damage
5) bull nose in pool delaminating and pool rusting
6) masive cracks on interior walls, ceilings and floors
7) leaking windows
8) six weeks ago my lender sent out there fiel adjuster the inspector teste all the dry wall for moisture at that time...
