Coastal Oaks at Nocatee

My home is 4 years old the the follow has happen to my home;
1) stucco has delaminated and crumbled away from the exterior walls
2) toxic mold behind 60% of the dry walls
3) foundation leak
4) foundation damage
5) bull nose in pool delaminating and pool rusting
6) masive cracks on interior walls, ceilings and floors
7) leaking windows
8) six weeks ago my lender sent out there fiel adjuster the inspector teste all the dry wall for moisture at that time there was zero moisture. The inspecter came out yesterday and tested all of the dry walls and we are now at 100% moisture content in the walls.
8) the home is uninsureable
9) the builder denies warranty
