I just came across a piece written by my late father, back in 1978...and thought I would share it here with you.

"One of the neighborhood boys tells me that the ice fishing is great on Grey Pond, but such is not for me. I'm afraid that my aging feet are too sensitive to the cold, and I 'm too aware of how many have accidentally broken through the ice, and besides, ice fishing offers no opportunity for casting and other skills which I have spent a lifetime developing.

Ethical Conduct

I believe that each person is responsible for their own behavior. Although there are no absolute rules to live by, we can discern some guidelines based on our own experience and the teachings of ancient wisdom systems and prophetic teachers.

These are some that make sense to me:

1. Appreciate and be thankful for your life.
