Orange County Homeless Thread

There’s a program called Housing First now. Grants that help the chronically homeless rent apartments, rooms, studios.

1st guy I placed had been homeless for 8 years, chronic. He was a homeowner with a business. Specialized auto work. Workplace exposure caused respiratory disability and he couldn’t work in the field.
