Today is gonna be like taking a jump back in time. My daughter is going to play in the old gym at my old high school, one which I havent been back into since i graduated almost 20 years ago. I thought they had torn down the old gym when they built the new one, but apparently not, only thing i can think of is wow this will bring back some memories. From the 4th grade thru 12th i played in the gym, made new friends, lost some friends, got in fights, broke up with gfs. i guess im a hopeless romantic...

Seasons change and so did I, need not wonder why..lyrics from an old song. My moods change with the seasons as well I think. It wont be too long before the farmers are back in the field, harvest season is about a week or so away here.
Maybe I over romanticize the changing of seasons. I always look forward to the end of winter and the beginning of spring. Especially look forward to the end of summer and the start of fall weather. Highs in the 70s with the wind blowing, school buses starting...

Back when we only got three channels, channel 3 outta Memphis on the weekend would have a late night creature feature. Now there was no way my momma would ever let me stay up to 2am to watch a movie, especially a scary one, but my friend JTs moms would. Well I say would, we would sneak up and watch it, she couldnt scare a mouse, much less us. Anyway, late one night we snuck up to see Bigfoot: "The Legend of Boggy Creek" A Movie Review and got to see most of it, until we saw his mom coming...

Well I had a nice part two completed from the story about outdoors but somehow it erased itself while I was trying to post it..Oh well at least its friday! So I guess Ill ramble on about other things today..
I learned yesterday that apparently you can pass on the procrastination gene to your children, especially when it comes to things your parents tell you to do while they are work. Nothing like good old chores huh? lol
I remember my dad would get home at 4pm everyday and my "job"...
