Well Olecapt pontificates from Lone Mountain.

What better place than a blog on City Data..

Maybe a little Real Estate?

Maybe a little cats or dogs or such?

Maybe a little about Las Vegas and its interesting Denizens?

Just asked MrJason to start a blog on his adventures in rural Nevada. Should be interesting to see the California boy interact with the rurals.

But now that I have started I will have to think up something to say every few days.

Not a challenge I don't think.

So Lone Mountain is in Nevada? Forgive my ignorance, I haven't been out of the south very many times, but what is a Denizen? Is Lone Mountain very populated?

    Denizen and Lone Mountain

Denizen is basically one who resides there...a resident. On Lone Mountain those are mostly small creatures. Maybe up to an occasional Coyote. I am sure a wild cat visits once in a while but too small for a proper cat domain.

There are teen agers who periodically get rescued from some face of Line Mountain...but that is really kind of silly. My dog can run anywhere he wants on the Mountain and I expect I could get virtually anywhere with little climbing. And I am not remotely young and agile.

But from the peak or the caves you can look upon the wonderous valley and hear the flow of the commerce. Housing up? Yes screams the 2005/6 cohort which sells like mad...No scream the Inspiradas and Providences.

    Much truth in their wail...
