Groceries!

Im in some 'real pain' from yesterday.
My Wife came home with a huge amount of groceries yesterday, and since the kids werent around, I figured I would give her a hand. (about all I 'can' do, is give her one hand, cause the other is on the cane to support me LOL).
My Wife would bring them from the car to just inside the door, and I would take them from the door to the kitchen table, or floor., Then she carried in a few herself.
Im more sore, than if I had done two and a half hours worth of workout!! Ache everywhere LOL
Now, my Wife wakes me up and asks me if I want to go to exercise... Uhhh give me a minute will ya love? I gotta find a spot that doesnt hurt and ask it, if it is up to it
After I finish my coffee, I have decided to go. Besides, the pain meds will help me mask the pain Im in now, before and after
Wife showed me my Daughters progress report... two B's and the rest A's...Proud of her for doing so well. Now, if she will only last the few months til Graduation.. I will be happy then!
And on that note, I will sign off for now.
