the best places in the world where to live is where income is more equally distributed, let's take New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the Scandinavian countries.
Also in USA the best states are those from the North like Minnesota, Wisconsin etc and not those, perhaps richer in terms of GDP but tremendously split among ethnic and social classes like California and Massachussets.
