This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Chair, Gym, Sunny Day

Posted 03-31-2014 at 01:17 PM by woodworkingmenace

It only took two days before the chair broke on me! Nuttin like being weighed down by a very fat man LOL

Just looking back...
I have only been to the gym, but one time since January 27th! My Son took me then, and I haven't been back since. Now, he is going to 'his gym'... Planet Fitness that recently opened up in town.

I went there to look into a membership, cause it only cost 10 bucks to join, but, even though Im disabled, and would need help wiping down the machines after my use of them, they told me that I would have to buy the 20 buck policy to have a 'guest' LOL...Yea right! For the extra two bucks a month, I may as well keep my patronage at the YMCA!

Reckon they didn't need my money, nor have time for a broken down fella like me. Hopefully, if they ever get my Wife straightened around, I can start going to the Gym again.

Got the test results for my bloodwork back. They said my triglycerides were up a lot, and that my kidney function is down a bit. Hmmm, I guess my heart isn't pumping out enough to keep it going, and, I hope renal failure is down the road, a lot ways off...

Its a beautiful day, today. Up in the 60s!
Soon as my loving Wife gets everything situated, so she can at least sit out on the swing with me, with out too much pain, we shall partake of that venue soon.

Son planted his tomatoes in starter pots this weekend, and, soon as May 30th comes, he will be planting them outside. I told him that he should have planted them a lot earlier, but, he still doesn't listen to dear ol Dad yet LOL... So, besides his plants, we will be buying them from the Nursery again, this year.
I hope to put in a black berry plant, and some grapes along the fence this year, but, we will see what my Wife wants to do first.

I still also want to put some roses in the yard. Nothing says flowers, than some nice teacup roses, or some big blood red blossoms!

Hopefully, that blueberry plant, that my Son planted two years ago, will take off. Its still a runt, and, though it does produce blueberries, we would like it to be a nice big bush someday.

Wife called up Ashtabula, to see how Junior is doing. That guy, its a shame, but, he is on his way out Im afraid. For someone who started out life, losing a kidney to cancer, then, getting two new kidneys and still, everything is going wrong with him. Heart bypass, diabetes, and he is literally falling apart as you look at him!
One heckova nice guy, and he is younger than I am. Yet, for all his bluster, he is in worse shape than I am at the present time.

LORD, I pray that THY 'will' be done with this Junior, and that Im hoping its for the best, because if YOU bring him to it, then YOU will bring him through it, Im assured of that.

OK Wife says we are ready to go on the swing now... ciao for now

I wish you well...
