Wrestling with dogs

I'll preface this by saying up front I'm a cat guy. I don't know if it's their aloofness, their athleticism, or just the way they stare at you. It's almost as if they look right through you. Yes, at times, the cat does assert its superiority to its human companion... Even if the vacuum cleaner does instill an unnatural fear into the 'domesticated' hunter.
So tonight I'm wrestling with my friends Great Pyrenees... He's a good boy. 2 years old, 85 pounds of pure muscle. And he's nipping, chewing on my sock, basically slobbering all over me.
What is the difference between these 2? Well both can scratch the heck out of you, that's for sure. Both will play in their own way... The dog of course in a more eambunctious manner.
At the end of the day, as long as they are both tired, comfortable, and shown respect and love, it doesn't matter. As a human companion, that is what has been revealed to me as my role. Stewardship of my 4 legged brothers and sisters well being.
Boring to some, priceless to me.
