Right vs wrong

Some crazy stuff happened
Yesterday at work.
Both sides were wrong
No intricacy, no quirk.
Words were said
Hateful and ill thought
Reaction was violent
Better judgement was fought.
Caught in the middle
Trying to do the ring thing
Very tough position
Keeping both parties sane.
In a sea of turmoil
All I can say.
For my own serenity
Next week will be my last day.
