DFW suburban cities without the typical suburban bore..

You mean like OLD eastern seaboard and rustbelt cities, DFW is not like. That's true but that urban experience has done NOTHING for those cities sustaining their metro areas. Seems like many have chosen the less urban areas to live their lives.
