Going to church, reading the bible, listening to Christian music will not advance your spiritual life. These activities may give you more understanding but until you are ready to lay down your life and take up your cross this leads nowhere.

What I am talking about is the sacrifice of self to advance the cause of Jesus Christ in the world. There is a destiny that God had for each of us that only we can personally discover. We can discover it only by detaching from the world and making ourselves available for the Holy Spirit. By detaching from the world--now you have time--the commodity that most Christians are not willing to give.

Jesus said, "Self-help is not help at all. Self-sacrifice is the way, to finding yourself, your true self. (Matthew 16:25)

"God has planted eternity in the human heart." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

"Anyone who lets himself be distracted from the work I plan for him is not fit for the Kingdom of God." (Luke 9:62)

"The most important thing is that I complete my mission, the work that the Lord Jesus gave me." (Acts 20:24)

"We have been sent to speak for Christ." (2 Corinthians 5:20)

"We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)

Seeking Communion - July 8, 2018

"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him..that you will know what is the hope of His calling....and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe...and He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave...to the church...the fullness of Him who fills all in all" - Ephesians 1:17-19,22,23

When you capture His dream, and when you capture His heart, and when you capture His vision, then you become all He has called you to be – Him walking upon the earth – not alone, not isolated, not forgotten, not abandoned. You will have no need to be understood, but instead you choose to understand. You have no need for recognition, and yet you will choose and want Him recognized.

Become His hands, become His feet, become His voice wherever you are. Listen for the stillness of His Spirit. Recognize the unction of His Spirit, for you are being lifted up and trained in a high level.

HIS GOOD UNROLLS UPON HIS FAITHFUL

Do not be afraid of the purification He is allowing you to go through. Then you will obtain the joy for everlasting, for it is already within you.

Know He purified His people. He has purifying motives. He is calling His own to come and lay before Him in stillness, yet in alertness, recognizing His hand upon their heart, recognizing the prompting of His Spirit. He is looking for a people who will move for Him upon the earth. They will not be asking Him to move, but He will be looking and commanding them to move.

Be not called into isolation, for the enemy would lead you there. For he would make you feel forsaken and abandoned. He does not forsake you, He does not abandon you; but He cherishes you, and He treasures you.

Jesus sent His out two-by-two, for at times one would be up and one would be down. But when He was with them, they were three in agreement. Know that He is looking for a people who will come to be in agreement with the Father, with the Spirit, and with Him.

The Spirit is going to move in a miraculous way, and He is looking for those He can trust to move in signs, and wonders, and miracles, who will not look for the glory. In fact, they will have the 'Fear of the Lord' so in front of them that they will tremble in awe at His goodness. For His goodness is about to capture you. And you will know it is the goodness of God that has been holding back the darkness.

He says, be not afraid, but watch, wait, recognize the cloud of His goodness, and know when the cloud of His goodness is rolling, you too will be rolled up, protected, and sheltered in the cloud of the goodness of your God.

"Your fidelity to Christ...that you are also wise in what is good and innocent of what is bad...the God of peace will soon crush Satan beneath your feet." - Romans 16:19,20
