Going to church, reading the bible, listening to Christian music will not advance your spiritual life. These activities may give you more understanding but until you are ready to lay down your life and take up your cross this leads nowhere.
What I am talking about is the sacrifice of self to advance the cause of Jesus Christ in the world. There is a destiny that God had for each of us that only we can personally discover. We can discover it only by detaching from the world and making ourselves available for the Holy Spirit. By detaching from the world--now you have time--the commodity that most Christians are not willing to give.
Jesus said, "Self-help is not help at all. Self-sacrifice is the way, to finding yourself, your true self. (Matthew 16:25)
"God has planted eternity in the human heart." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
"Anyone who lets himself be distracted from the work I plan for him is not fit for the Kingdom of God." (Luke 9:62)
"The most important thing is that I complete my mission, the work that the Lord Jesus gave me." (Acts 20:24)
"We have been sent to speak for Christ." (2 Corinthians 5:20)
"We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)

Apprehending The Race Set Before Us

God is a GOOD FATHER who is perfecting and completing all that concerns His children that they would stand in secure places of strength in the season ahead.
"In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul...Though I walk in the midst of trouble, YOU WILL REVIVE ME; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. THE LORD WILL PERFECT THAT WHICH CONCERNS ME..." - Psalm 138:3, 7-8
The word "perfect" is the Hebrew word gâmar, which means to end in the sense of COMPLETION.
Come to understand your Christ identity with a mindset of bearing fruit that remains for His Kingdom. Knowing that as you are to seek first His Kingdom, you enter His presence with joy and expectation.
Get ready for God to move you out of the confines and limitations of what you have experienced in the past as you consecrate yourself to and embrace your Christ calling.
God has promised you in His Word to complete that which He has started in you and He is presently doing a spectacular work to see His intentions (your Christ calling) in and for you realized (Philippians 1:6).
THE NARROW PLACE
In the narrow place, if you have ears to hear, and will listen for His voice, the Lord is releasing keys to remove demonic schemes and barriers that have kept you from freedom over the years.
"..and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life." - Mathew 7:14
THE NARROW PLACE IS THE BIRTHING CHANNEL that is now moving His people forward out into broad and spacious places of freedom and victory!
You are coming out with strength and with revelation!
You are coming out with direction and strategies; you are coming out with joy and with passion!
YOU ARE COMING OUT AS PART OF HIS ARMY ON THE OFFENSIVE READY TO CONQUER AND TO OCCUPY!
You are now being established at a higher level of faith, undergirded with a double portion of grace and with a greater understanding of His great power that is available to you in establishing you in your CALLING in Christ.
You have the power and authority to move mountains by establishing His Word (which is His will) in the earth by speaking it forth and believing for the desired end res
DETERMINE TO BOLDY RUN THE RACE
NOW IS THE TIME to boldly run the race set before you (your CALLING in Christ) and to occupy all areas that He has PURPOSED for you to advance and bear fruit that remains for His Kingdom.
He is now opening a GREAT and EFFECTIVE DOOR for you to reap a GREAT HARVEST.
"WHATEVER YOUR HAND FINDS TO DO, DO IT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT..." - (Ecclesiastes 9:10).
As the GREAT AND EFFECTIVE DOORS OF OCCASION OPEN to you in the days ahead, lay hold of God and run with endurance...with all your might...the race He has set before you!
"Therefore, we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us..." - Hebrews 12:1
