How to create new FORUM -- not just a thread

I think an Amusement Forum would be cool. Specifically, I would like a sub-Forum under it entitled Amusement Parks or RollerCoasters (but I do not know how to do that either).

Does the idea need to be put to some kind of panel?

I would also requset a Forum Topic for Computers with sub former Note Books ~ Lap Top ~ Desk Top ~ Programs ~ WiFi ~ On Air ~ etc.

Just to answer your first question~I don't think we are allowed or able to create a new forum or sub-forum. Administrator gauges the amount of traffic it would bring and creates one when enough interest is shown in that subject.

You are all bringing your suggestions to the right place because Administrator will see them on this specific forum.
