Hiya!

I've got two questions:

1. I looked around but couldn't figure it out: How do you block a member so that you no longer see their posts?

2. If the blocked member CREATES a thread, would you not see that entire thread?

The feature is called "Ignore," not "block."

From any page listing threads or posts, go to My Settings > Edit Ignore List

Whoever you add to that list, you won't see their posts anymore. You'll see that the member you added made a post or thread, but you won't see what's in it.

I should add to that. You won't see what's in it, unless another member quotes that post. If it's quoted, you would see the contents of the post.

So is there any way to block a member from seeing what threads you post to, etc.? I have two psychopaths following me on every post and basically spamming my replies.

I went on a very successful diet and have made comments about it. Each time I do, those two follow me and cut/copy/paste the same answer over and over again about it being scam and me being a scam artist. It's actually very childish and I wish they weren't even able to read threads that I start, etc. They have literally done this about 20 times. They post the SAME thing, over and over ANY time I even mention the diet to another member on here.

It is not possible to force another member to ignore your posts. You can try asking them to ignore.

Have you considered putting the other members on your ignore list? That way, you can defend your position in the discussion as best you can and not have to worry so much about others who take the opposite view.

Hi Bowie. With respect, I don't think asking the harrasser to ignore you will work. They will just keep harrassing you. I don't think the other poster is asking you to force another member to ignore them. I think they are just asking for a feature that will keep them from viewing any of thier posts to avoid harrassment or bullying.

Yes, this is what I meant. These members are terrible.

Nope, no way to do it. However, if they violate the TOS you can report their posts.
