And what a great little smile! He's beautiful! I noticed that they changed his name.
Not a fan of "Juniors" myself, but perhaps they'll go with "William" or "Will".
I hope they have many more! I'm excited for them.
I noticed the subtitle of the article is Happy Ending but we all know it should be Happy Beginning. This couple have been through so much sorrow with infertility. I sincerely hope their new family is blessed with much happiness and good health. He is so very cute!!!!!
This sounds like a win-win situation - sadly, this cute little boy would have had no future at all in his home country. Now, he has a loving family and the prospect of a happy, productive life. Congratulations to all concerned!
I do not know if this child's birth family retained contact with the orphanage, but if they have demonstrated concern for the child, I hope that they can be informed of his adoption and can receive updates about his progress.

It appears they retained their son's Chinese name as a middle name, so technically, he won't be a "Junior". He may have a nickname which will be retained - I suppose that will become clear with time. He surely is a cute child!
That is really great news! They really do seem like great people and I'm sure they'll make great parents. I know they've been through a lot trying to become parents. I'm sure kids with dwarfism are hard to place so it's a win for the little boy too.
I caught the whole family on the Katie Couric Show last night and they look like they're doing great. The boy has only been with them for a month but he seemed to be bonding well with them and turned to mom for comfort. I know China is utilizing foster homes for adoptable kids now and I think that's making a huge difference.
As far as his special needs go he couldn't be in better hands. These people clearly know everything about skeletal dysplasia and already know the local experts.
