I can't get my threatening neighbors evicted from my apartment complex even though they have been breaking their lease since last summer. One of them has been sending me harassing text messages, they argue loudly. they have wrecked cars parked all over the parking lot and I can't leave my apartment during the day when my husband isn't home because I fear for my 6 month old baby girl. Oh and they have probably six people living in a two bedroom and two of them are young children.

I'm not familiar with the situation but seriously what did you expect living by a shopping mall - I avoid them like the plague (or walmart).

Have you made attempts to put the harassment on record with the police? A restraining order may help or depending on the threat of the texts you may be able to file menacing charges. I would also let the police know about the abandoned vehicles. If they are wrecked they probably have not updated their plates which could possibly cause them to be impounded. I bet CPS would like to know about the children's living situation

I sympathize with you but to say not to live around the mall because you'll have "harassing neighbors" is completely illogical. So all however many thousand people that live up there all harass each other? Nahhhh.
