Folks,

Thank-you for all the positive feedback to date.

On Monday & Tuesday I will be driving through NW Alabama - -

I want to see the best that these places have to offer: Florence, Athens, Decatur, Madison & Hville.

I am wide open for suggestions. Imagine it this way - - you get one chance to "impress" a visiting friend - - you want your community to send a positive vibe - - what should I make sure that I see? Likewise - - what should I avoid?

If there is a particular park or street or restaurant or other point of interest - - please let me know.

I am working today and tomorrow on my trip. I will fly into Memphis on Monday and head east.

Thanks in advance for your help - - I've got a good feeling about this corner of the state....I just need your help in seeing some of the particulars!!

Thanks ever so much ~ ~

Default Florence "must-sees"

Marriott Shoals Hotel and 360 Grille Restaurant atop the tower

University of North Alabama campus (be sure to see the lion habitat)

Historic Downtown Florence

Regency Square Mall area on Cox Creek Parkway - not a big mall, but the area has a good selection of shopping and restaurants
