I was charged $250 in Extra charges; in one overnight stay last year; 12th floor of Inlet Towers; reason ? they claim they had to re-paint the whole room because a cigarette was lit and smoked in the room.

I'm sure the (biased) media had something extra in mind to inflate the descriptions of each of the charges. As each person re-tells the story it always gets changed.
