it won't be long now. I'll be back in time to see the fall foliage. Got a little cabin in the woods, on the North Fork of the Willamette River.
Can't wait to see Mt. Hood out an airplane window. Can't wait to see my father and other family and friends. The Prince of Wales is moving back to Portland which is the best news I've had in a long time.
Thank you, Alaska. I'll be back next year to do it all again...except for next year, I'm doubling production.
Life is good. I'm so lucky to have the best of both worlds.

One thing we don't get much in SE Alaska is fall color. Fall in Oregon has always been my favorite time of year...except for spring, and summer...lol. I wanted to fly up to FBs for a bit but with my dad's operation I don't think that can happen...would have been great to meet up at Chena or somewhere.
