Any advise is still welcome and I'm sure there are more than just me who will need this info !
Also I would love to hear more about the places you live, do you like it there? any "must see" places? Is its expensive, what about living outside the city? Best way to look a place to buy etc all about living in there I will gladly hear !

Zillow and trulia are a little easier to navigate (for me). And then the MLS site gets nice because you can get additional details that are sometimes not on Zillow or Trulia, but are on the MLS site. IIRC, you might need a realtor to sponsor you to get the detailed info. For example, I like reading the owner disclosures when I find something I like the looks of.
