EASY BAKED SALMON
1 salmon fillet or steak
1/2 to 1/3 c. half & half or milk
1/2 tsp. minced fresh dill, chopped chives or basil
Salt (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in shallow baking dish and add half and half or milk so fish is half immersed. Sprinkle with dill, chives or basil and salt if desired. Bake 30 minutes, occasionally spooning liquid over salmon. Fish is done when mostly pale pink in center.

Beer batter and deep fried!

Or wrap in foil with a pat of butter and some sliced onion, build a camp fire in the back yard. Grill on the coals!

I am the epitome of a dumbass...and I know that will shock some of you more cynical lot....but in my infinite wisdom, I decided whilst I was cleaning, to clean the back glass door, ridding it of certain paw-prints and nose prints. Now do keep in mind I haven't been in a frigid environment since I was young and resided just this side of the Canadian border, hence I am somewhat exempt, but not really....
Never in my life did I anticipate the unholy mess glass cleaner in subzero temperatures makes on frozen glass. And not only that...what warm water and frozen glass cleaner looks like on aforementioned frozen glass.

Ahhh, now there's the ticket, this one's even easier since I don't have dill or milk at home right now but I did just get a lemon. Perfect, thank you!!! Now, will the salmon turn grayish on the outside & should it still be pink in the center, or mostly pink?

Karfar, you can find all sorts of recipes on Cooks.com, such as the one you're asking
about:

Cooks.com - Recipe - Easy Baked Salmon

You can also take a pastry brush and brush some honey mustard over the salmon, wrap it in foil, and bake it for 20 minutes.

Thanks for the link! I couldn't wait, I'm making it right now. One hour & we'll see how it goes!
