Yea assuming people don't buy up the land inbetween and restrict your access. I have heard of horror stories like this if you don't get a legal easement drawn up by a surveyor or ask the seller to do it.

It does not matter if its 1 mile or 500 miles its just a line on a paper. But as life goes on more property gets sold and maybe someday you have the resources to put in a road/trail or you want to keep riding snowmachine in to get building materials in and suddenly there is a fence with signs that's an issue.

Since Alaska is expensive? How so? I took a look at homes in the Fairbanks area and found a lot of them that were very reasonable in price. An example?

Here is one in Anchorage:

You are coming from Cali, of course our prices will seem cheap. I come from GA, where the price could be about 200% more expensive.

However, the quality of build here, is surprisingly not that great. Especially for the cost.

Building codes are so lax in most parts of the state that there's no real guarantee that these homes are reasonably priced for what you actually get.

The mat su uses the 2009 IBC (they may have upgraded to the 2014) but the real issue is enforcement and having a good inspector. Even then you have to get the seller to agree to fix stuff properly or have the know how to fix it yourself because contractors can fleece the crap out of you

That was in Anderson, it's over, it didn't work out. All the free land in the world doesn't mean a thing if there aren't any jobs.

This has resulted in the implanting of a Receiver into the national bankruptcies by the interested third party intervenor, known as the New World Order, or One World Government.

Lacking the ability to overcome the rules imposed and enforced by governments, the flesh and blood man on the land has had to adapt by learning the ins and outs of this new commercial system. The man has learned that in a fiat world, it's all about "paper". And, he has had to learn to deal with paper in all aspects of his life. Unfortunately, the educational system has "dumbed-down" the students and adults of the world to the point that they have become practically illiterate. They are barely able to function in a commercial world that deals in bills of exchange, fiat currencies, negotiable instruments, bonds, liens, levies, and a whole host of commercial realities not generally understood by, nor taught to, the public. The private man on the land has had to learn to navigate the world of Admiralty or Maritime jurisdictions via a "vessel", called the strawman.
You have forever changed my life. Thank you. DEATH TO ALL TYRANTS!
Just kidding... I barely read your post.
