Very applicable here.

Will reply when something worth replying to is posted.
Best till then.
I really don't know why you're on the Alaska forums spouting liberal drivel. Most people up here are quite conservative and possess enough common sense to know that what you're espousing is predictable leftist crap. You're entitled to your opinion but please don't think for a millisecond that those of out here who are politically well-informed are going to buy it. Especially when said "progressive" ideology is so utterly ridiculous and devoid of credibility as to be laughable.

He has every right to be in the Alaska forum.

After all, we've had plenty of wingnuts from other states posting in this thread. And he isn't getting personal the way that they were.

Met, my point is that his far Left views aren't exactly too popular up here, as you well know, and he's not going to change anyone's mind. When I discuss politics with people like him in a bar or some-such, I usually leave them sputtering within 10 minutes. Their positions are indefensible and stand in direct contravention of reality and common sense. The fact that cites wikipedia as a source is hilarious.

On a different note, I hope all is well with you?

No one is going to change anyone's mind here. But I am damned sick and tired of everyone who has a world view to the right of Ann Coulter being told they have no right to post here and being cussed at. And that is the only reason I still even bother to stick around, because I'm too stubborn to let myself be ran off like a few others have been from here.

I'm good today, Satch--got some great news. The offspring voted in his first presidential election yesterday.

I believe that he was inspired to do so by the governor of the state in which he was born.

Since he voted the same way that I did, I'm certain that he made the correct choice.

After some careful consideration Metla, I've come to the conclusion that you are not a Sarah Palin fan.
