Ok, so back to the topic at hand...dating in Alaska. Anyone? How is it up there? My dad, who is a LOVER of all things Alaska totally wants me to move up there. He is very aware of the fact that most men up there are a bit of the loner mentality, but he still has high hopes for me. Thoughts on that?

LOL! No, my dad has just always loved Alaska, loved everything about it. He's always been wanting me to move up there.....JUST so he can visit me!!!! Yes, I feel used. Anyway, his ideal for me would me a man from alaska who is.....a flyfisherman. Yep, a flyfisherman. This is because my dad is a fishing nut. Me? Not so much, I can fish but nowhere to the level of my dad. Eh, it's kinda funny, every couple weeks he asks me if I've met a republican fisherman...which is funny since I'm a total democrat & he knows this, he's just trying to **** me off, brat!

We'd love to have you!!!!

Don't worry, there's enough Democrat fly-fishermen around to tick him off when he has to go fishing with them.

LOL, well I think even he could get around the guy being a democrat, as long as he's a fisherman then he'd be A-OK in my dads book!

Has four flyrods and a boat...

Taken upriver in the Little Kasigluk drainage. One of the flyrods is on the beach.
