I am aware that hotels and such cost alot more in the summer months I am curious if the year lease rents are more as well? Oh in the palmer/wasilla area.

When we came up in April, I believe it was the 14th the Grandview had just went to their seasonal rates which were quite a bit more. Hope that helps.
