I feel so bad for your yard there Cori considering you are down hill from the road. Be careful, especially when all that water freezes up again.
We have a nice little river starting in the front horse pasture, and most of our snow is all gone...insane!!!

Actual temp in Toledo this morning was -15, we rarely ever get that low except in wind chill, just wanted to say thanks for sharing! Spice things up a little down here. The only difference is they use enough chemicals on our road that after 2 days of ice we now have dry pavement. On the plus side, I had no trouble starting my little suv, (we don't use block or battery heaters here) so I told her I would bring her to AK after all

It isn't too terrible to navigate in a vehicle...I just have to glance ahead for vehicles on the road...waiting for that window so I don't have to stop. Else I'd probably not get going again.
A lot of melting this day...but we still have icy snow. Not near the 3 feet or more we had two days ago!

a sturdy metal rake works wonders on sheet ice on the driveway. I learned that last month.

The women at work think that I can blush on demand, but they have a tendency to work at getting me to do it. A Playgirl shoot would just about kill me. I think the amount of blood at the skin level would cause heart palpitations.
