Not really, Dave charges a rather hefty 18% commission. I have no idea why stiffer chose him to sell the free land.

i would love to get an info packet on the free land..
i build stuff all the time out of wood i have built a few houses in my days, so if u still have land for free please send me the info at

Well I live "by" Anderson and the free land was all but a flop. There were only a couple of houses built and only one wasn't Foreclosed on.

If you want details call the city Office at their website instead of any scams:
