No big deal. As I've said before, they can't win. If they start a thread asking questions it will no doubt be pointed out to them that there are plenty of existing threads dealing with the same questions. If they post in an older thread, someone will give them the business for that as well. At least the ones who post in the older threads have taken the time to do a search on the information that they're seeking.
