Ok,

I must admit William Shatner's interpretation of this speech was one of the funniest things I have seen and heard in a long time.

Palin Speech

Did you guys catch the speech or the Tonight Show rendition? Did you understand and/or liked the speech? Was this somewhat funny for you or did you take it much more seriously?

Derek

Default maybe

Well Shoot,

Maybe she ought to have Capt. Kirk do ALL her speeches for her.

I'd have to say that came out way better than his serious attempts at beat poetry from back when. But then, what wouldn't?

LOL... I agree. Its amazing how good he still is, even better in some ways than his youth.

All I can say is I feel like I have been on vacation with all the chuchakos and sourdoughs soaring higher and higher over the Great One... North... to the future!

Let's be honest....William Shatner is a god!!

First James Tiberius Kirk, then T.J. Hooker and Denny Crane.
And lets not forget the Priceline Negotiator.
But now he is the poet laureate.
O.K. he didn't write it but lets not quibble over the small stuff.

Brilliant performance!
Maybe he could embark on a 5th career as the poetic
interpreter for La Palin.
LOL leastways he was coherent.
