Well we served the notice...supposed to be out the 1st of Oct. The 30 days has to be from the date the rent is due since it isn't a non payment of rent issue. The structure actually belongs to the renter; if she refuses to remove it we can pay to have it torn down and attach her future PFDs (lawyers breed like fruit flies in my family and I got some good info earlier about how to proceed). I'll be happy if the idjit's down the road after the perm. fund comes out. Not sure when it's gonna be this year or how much but at least she won't be able play some sorry ass excuse about not having the money to move.

The best case scenario would be if she could use her perm. fund to move her house--it's built so it could be moved....and find new rental property but somehow I don't think that's how it's gonna work out. I'm pretty sure we're going to have to have it taken down and that will probably involve another legal process.

I want that property for my restaurant that I'm going to have to start as there is nowhere fit to eat in the area but regardless the idjit would be going down the road anyway; she's brought a bad element in the neighborhood who don't know how to drink properly and are stumbling around glassy eyed and fouled mouthed at all hours of the morning and night.

Oh, he'll be back in the -48 soon enough, he'll no doubt be halfway to Mexico the minute moose hunting season is over.
