I just wanna know how these huge male creatures with massive horns move thru thick brush and tree area without making much noise, been in the woods and had them come thru without snapping or breaking stuff that even I can't go thru without cursing, branch snap bruising to the face and arms....large bulbose noses, spindly legs with a huge body on top...hahaha I guess in some sort of warpted way they can be seen as "cute"!

Since we don't have moose and I've only seen two in real life, I still think they're cute. But I always enjoy wildlife, or even my neighbors cats at night, for that matter.

They are all cleaned and in the freezer. Sometime around the first of February I put on, for lack of a better term, a hunters' thanksgiving. Usually it is the same two dozen or so people who have been coming to it for years. Dove, Duck, Geese, Deer, Rabbit are the normal fare, some years I'll have a Turkey, not this one though, had surgery on my shoulder last spring, couldn't get out for the Turkeys. Of course one of the guys I hunt with lives down on the coast, he usually brings a nice Tuna Fillet and sometimes a Turkey----it is still within the realm of probability. Did you know that there are actually some folks who genuinely do not want to eat game animals, hehehe- leaves more for me.
