There should be Static Guard, look in the laundry section.

That works well on the "clingy" woman's dress we were taking about, but not on the garments Warpt and I mentioned. Plastic materials such as polypropylene and fleece build static electricity from friction. For example, polypropylene underwear against you skin: when you take it off, bright sparks can bee seen as the electricity discharges from the garment to the skin. When taking my polypro's off before getting inside my sleeping bag (moose season), the sparks are huge, but that material keeps me warm in September.

The same when the kids rub a rubber balloon on their heads and the hair stands up, and then they touch you with their little fingers and "spark" you pretty good
