Rance, I have a feeling you'd end up softening them up and then post pics of them joining in your gathering

German tradition, for good luck throughout the rest of the year, the first thing you eat in the new year is sauerkraut and sausage. Yummmm!!

Best wishes for the new decade to my fellow Alaskans! I am looking forward to another great year on C-D Alaska. It has been a successful year this past one. We saved a couple of souls, my recently converted liberal friends Moose and Star.

I put on one heck of a fireworks show. Musta been 50 people in the parking lot. I even drove some of the partiers home. Never saw one trooper all day or night. They must have their hands full in town.
We could see many arial bursts coming from Funny River area also.

Also spent the evening watching movies. I don't know where 2009 went either, but I hope that everyone has a really good 2010, and that the struggles many people in our country are experiencing in these tough economic times ease up.
