It isn't your feet that need to be dry, it's the insulation in the boot.

That's why either drying the liners every day, or using a vapor barrier, is essential to having warm feet.

Carry a couple pair of socks with you, and some trash bags to put your feet into before you put them in the boots.

This won't keep your feet from sweating, but it will contain the moisture to inside the socks, the felt liners will stay dry which keeps your feet warm and you can change out your socks when they get too wet as needed, couple extra dry trash bags isn't a bad idea either.

Also you can spray an under arm "Deodorant" on you feet to help stop the sweating, just like it does on your armpits.
