Community Colleges (Albany: schools, to live in, vs.)

Hi,
Another question from my cousin:

Which community college would you recommend? Are there certain degrees or courses of study that are better at HVCC vs. SCCC?

My cousin's wife will be going to school in Albany. They don't have a school picked out yet. But I'd imagine depending upon where my cousin will be going to school they would want to live in between. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

It all depends on what you'd to get your degree in. Both offer a wide variety of programs and many aren't available at both schools.
