Hi All,
I just spent a very unpleasant 4 hours sitting in small claims court trying to get my security deposit back on my previous apartment. I'm sure some of you are familiar with this scenario. The thing that bugs me the most is that the place was clean and there was no damage outside of normal wear and tear. My former landlord is a scum bag who's trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young(er) female.
Has anyone seen the website "rate my professor" where students give ratings to their professors and you can go in and read the postings before you decide to take an elective with some crazy old man who gives a 4 hour final on underwater basket weaving.
Is there any site like this for landlords in the Albany area?? There are so many colleges in the area and so many students that are oblivious to who they are renting from and end up getting screwed! I wish I could warn the girl who moved into my old apartment!!
If there isn't' one, who's in for working on this with me?!
