I'm looking for an apartment in the Queensbury/Glens Falls NY area but some areas don't seem very nice. I'm not sure if it's worth to pay a little more for a place in a complex that is large, spacious and in a nice community but it doesn't include utilities. We can afford the rent but I'm not sure if the utilities will be crazy expensive. I don't want to have a nice apartment but be freezing due to worry about the cost of heating. Anyone have any advice? I'm getting a little stressed trying to figure out what to do- I don't want to be weeks away and need to move somewhere else and have no place to go.
