I guess it depends on what your price range is for "reasonable". The apartments run the gamut in terms of how nice or crummy, and cheap to high.

There's a new apartment complex near Home Depot, just off of Hwy 550, near the Tamaya Resort. Maybe it's worth a visit for you.
