yoga recommendations

I just thought I'd pass this info on, as my wife is a disciple of Kriya yoga. They are having a workshop of sorts Sep 30-Oct 2 here in Albuquerque. You may know that there are different types of yoga. Most Westerners seem to be most familiar with Hatha yoga. Kriya focuses less on physical postures. They are having an intro lecture for the public on the 30th. Anyway, if interested...here is a link:
